Welfare, observations – Lorrain13 – The welfare state is a close harmony of the natural balance, sharing, satisfaction like happiness. The human body has its description in a multitude of states, which balanced functions associated with each other form a whole. To obtain a balanced result, efforts are more or less important to produce according to the constitutions of each other. The more the brain will be filled by the various sensors, it will be more easy to control the situation, without using too many resources or efforts. It’s like the fatigue of a computer that can happen to plant, when asked for a task he has to a great effort, especially when maintenance is not carried out strictly. The human being who will make all efforts which tend to relieve the body will consume little energy. Such a smile consumes far less energy than a grimace. According, it will be necessary to change or improve posture as: breath control, drink enough water, have a daily physical activity, not overweight, eat better tasting it is qu’ingurgiter, s’ binge … It should thus be moderate in everything, do what it takes to keep your balance, listen and smile …
